On Nov. 6 through Dec. 20, the bridge at the second water on Highway 260 over Lake Marion will be closed for repair. There will be a detour for residents traveling the highway using DuRant Lane, Kenwood Road, and Shaw Road. The detour is roughly six miles using the secondary roads. Road signs have been placed to help direct the traffic.
