The Gift Place Inc, a nonprofit organization in Manning, will host a fundraiser at Britton Park located at 3057 Raccoon Road, Manning on July 29 beginning at 11:30 a.m. The fundraiser is for families with children who have lost parents on dialysis. There will be games, face painting, and an assortment of vendors and food trucks.
Volunteers are still needed for this event. Students in high school or college who volunteer will receive a certificate for participation in the event.
There are four vendor tables open and while there is no fee, a donation is appreciated.
