Sumter deputies seeking 28-year-old woman

The Sumter County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a 28-year-old woman last seen nearly two months ago. Naomi Collins was last seen March 4 near U.S. 15 South and Country Springs Drive. She is described as a white female with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5-foot-1 and weighing about 128 pounds. "In addition to the lengthy time Collins has been missing, authorities have received unsubstantiated reports that make investigators concerned for her well-being," said Public Information Officer Braden Bunch in a release. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sumter County Sheriff's Office at (803) 436-2000 or Crime Stoppers at (803) 436-2718.
