Brian and I want to thank everyone who came out Saturday and made "To the Moon and Back," the prom for B.J., possible. I am so proud to be part of such an amazing community. I've cried and cried because these memories will last us for a long time.
The children gathered around B.J., and I must have taken 30 pictures with different cell phones. Saturday night was amazing and beautiful.
I know not everyone who wanted a picture with B.J. got one, and I am sorry.
We did have to leave early because B.J.'s oxygen levels were dropping to the low 60s, and he was having some breathing problems. His portable oxygen only goes up to 5 liters, and we had to get him home and on his big machine so we could get his mask on him.
My heart is bursting with happiness for my child , who saw tonight how much his heart friends love him.
We will never be able to thank everyone enough. We love you all and thank you for your continued prayers and support.
