Morgan Lambert was voted Baby Miss Puddin' Swamp Festival 2017 on Saturday afternoon at East Clarendon High School in Turbeville. She was also voted Best Smile and Best Dressed during the pageant. Kinglsey Conroy was voted 1st runner-up, along with Most Beautiful. Harper Hoge was 2nd runner-up. Lillyanna Bullard was voted Best Hair. Emmersyn Smith was voted Most Photogenic and won a Princess Award.
