McGraw, known for his extraordinary dedication, is a highly active member of the Manning Lions Club. He leads the club’s wheelchair ramp building projects, ensuring accessibility and independence for many community members.
In a ceremony held recently, McGraw received the award from Club President Bob Lewis. The presentation highlighted McGraw’s relentless efforts and impactful contributions to the community.
