Manning Mayor Julia Nelson said Saturday morning that a water main has broken near Clarendon Memorial Gardens on Bloomvile Road.
“Water customers that live on the Kingstree Highway to Country Club Acres will not have water available during the time anticipated to make repairs,” said Nelson on social medja. “Currently, the estimated time of repair is within two hours, which is by 11 a.m. We’re sorry for the unexpected interruption of water services.”
