McMaster orders flags to fly half-mast for late SC first lady

Gov. Henry McMaster has ordered that flags be lowered to half-staff from sunup through sunset on Monday in memory of Iris Rhodes Campbell, "who dutifully served the state of South Carolina as First Lady from 1987-95," according to a release from the Governor's Office. Campbell, the widow of former Gov. Carroll Campbell, died Monday, Nov. 20, 2017.
