After each Saturday posting, the piece will appear in the following Thursday’s Manning Times. Victim's Advocate Kimberly Hill joined the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office on Oct. 16, 2015. A graduate of Summerville High School's Class of 1990, she holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix. WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BE A FIRST RESPONDER? I love helping people.
