I think as a mom it's hard to put ourselves first in anything. And if we try, there is always that little voice telling us it's frivolous or selfish when, actually, it's probably a needed break. And I know I am guilty of denying myself that time. So this year, I am resolved to give myself more me time. And I fully intend to not feel guilty about it.
