Virtually nothing will be left of a popular restaurant outside of Turbeville after firefighters with both the Sumter and Clarendon County fire departments put out the blaze that started there about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. Firefighters said early Wednesday while the fire still raged and traffic was blocked in both directions of U.S. 378 that the fire had engulfed the restaurant long before they got there.
