The National Weather Service out of Columbia has issued a special weather statement for Clarendcon County. A line of strong thunderstorms will affect eastern Clarendon County. At about 2:11 p.m., a line of strong thunderstorms was along a line extending from near Manning to near eastern Lake Marion, moving northeast at 30 mph. Wind gusts of 45-55 mph and pea-size hail are possible with these storms. Locations impacted will include Manning and Turbeville. These storms may intensify.
