The Clarendon County Coroner's Office has released the name of a North Carolina truck driver killed June 16 on Interstate 95.
Donald O. Graham was driving his employer's truck on I-95 when he went off the left side at the 104 southbound mile-marker about 4:20 a.m. June 16, and the vehicle overturned and ejected him.
S.C. Highway Patrol Lance Cpl. Judd Jones said Graham was not wearing a seatbelt.
