The Charlie Battery of the 178th Field Artillery Unit of the S.C. National Guard completed a variety of different missions during the past week in Manning in support of flood relief efforts. These included assisting first responders with rescue missions and distribution of food, water and hygiene products to Clarendon County residents. They also assisted the 1222nd Engineers with assessments of road damage throughout the county.
