A 49-year-old man told the Manning Police Department about 6:16 p.m. March 22 that two men came around a home in the 200 block of South Church Street in Manning and threatened to shoot the house, pointing a firearm at the victim, who was driving in a jeep. Both suspects told police they were just taking trash to the curb, and that the man in the jeep was harassing them.
