The Orangeburg County Detention Center has confirmed that a Clarendon man was charged last night with felony boating under the influence after a boating accident on Lake Marion in Orangeburg County killed another Clarendon man.
Robbie Davis is being held at the detention center in Orangeburg. An official at the jail said about 12:20 p.m. Sunday that he has not had a bond hearing yet. Bryant Boyce was killed late Saturday evening when a boat on which he was a passenger hit a marker on Lake Marion, throwing him overboard, according to reports.
