Charles George Klein

Born Feb. 12, 1944, in Watertown, N.Y., he was a son of the late George Frederick Klein and Gertrude Child Klein. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War; a Blue Nose (a man who has crossed the Arctic Circle); a member of Haddonfield United Methodist Church in Haddonfield, N.J., for 50 years; and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Survivors besides his wife of Manning include a daughter, Heather Klein Reynolds of Eutawville; a son, Richard William Rice of Manning; two grandsons, Lewis Ryan DuBois and Michael William DuBois; a sister, Carol Klein (Wayne) Brown of Pennsylvania; a nice, Kimberly Brown Tyack of Pennsylvania; and a nephew, Jeffrey Brown of New Jersey.
Memorial serivces will be held 4 p.m. April 26, 2014, at Trinity United Methodist Church with the Rev. Joanne Lockard-Hawkings officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the church fellowship hall.
