A Virginia jury began deliberations late Tuesday afternoon to decide whether a 39-year-old Alcolu native will spend the rest of his life in prison or be put to death by lethal injection for three counts of capital murder and one count of second-degree murder. John Moses Ragin was convicted Thursday by a jury in Newport News, Va., of the 2011 stabbing deaths of his wife, Crystal Ragin, and her three children, Sierra, 15; La'Kwan, 11; and Rasheed, 6. He was accused of stabbing the four victims more than 70 times altogether and then setting fire to the family's home before he fled to his parents' home in Alcolu. As of Tuesday night, no decision had been made. Manninglive.com will update on Wednesday as more details become available.         UPDATE: Ragin gets life after jury puts decision in judge's hands
