Clarendon County Deputy Coroner Charles Jackson said that dental records will have to be used to identify a Summerton man who died Saturday night in a fiery wreck on Moses Dingle Road. Jackson said the earliest he would be able to release a name would be Tuesday. According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the victim was driving eastbound on Moses Dingle Road near Olin Road when he ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree, causing the vehicle to burst into flames. Lance Cpl. Matt Southern said the victim was entrapped and died at the scene.
