After an official ribbon cutting to be held noon Thursday, U.S. 301 from Turbeville to Manning will officially reopen, bringing to an end more than a year-and-a-half of road repairs caused by the 1,000-year flood in October 2015 and hampered by Hurricane Matthew in 2016.
