There will soon be a fresh face sitting on Summerton’s Town Council. Keith Bowman, a Summerton business owner, was elected to the position on Nov. 29 during the Summerton Municipal Election.
Bowman won the election with a large majority of the votes. He won approximately 85 percent of the votes. His opponent was Loretta Pollard.
Though Bowman does not view himself as a politician, he is committed to doing right by his community.
Summerton’s Town Council meetings will be a great way to get to know Bowman and his plans for the town.
