  1.   A Resolution Authorizing the Administrator to enter into an agreement with the                                           

                              South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice for the secure detention of                                                     

                             juveniles.   

  1. A Resolution appointing Mr. Rubin Hardy as the voting delegate and Mr. David Strickland, Sr. as the alternate delegate for the SC Rural Water Association for the City of Manning.
  1. Discussion of Council Appointments to Boards:

Mr. William Blair-renewal for a term to end June 30, 2025

Mr. Robert Waiters-renewal for a term to end June 30, 2025

  1. Council Approval to enter into an agreement to accept and treat domestic wastewater from Clarendon County.
