Three local members of the Manning Unit 68 visited the Arlington National Cemetery during their trip with Laurence Manning Academy to Washington D.C. recently. Carol Ann Briggs, Campbell McInnis, and Lainey Baggette, all Junior ALA members, had a once in a lifetime experience at the Centennial event at Arlington National Cemetery to place flowers on the grave of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on November 10th. The plaza was open to visitors to place flowers on the grave and witness the Changing of the Guard.
