A 36-year-old woman told the Manning Police Department about 6:20 p.m. April 10 that her 38-year-old ex-husband shoved a 2-by-2-foot overnight bag into her stomach, shortly after she had surgery, during a custody exchange of the couple’s four children about 6:14 p.m. that day. The woman said the man became upset after she told him the children didn’t want to go with him. She told police that one child got so upset that “he threw up,” according to reports. The man then told the woman, “You take the little hellions,” and told her she was going to burn in hell.
