Eppley signs with Anderson University

John Thomas Eppley was a four-year letterman for varsity baseball at Laurence Manning Academy. He was also three-year All-Conference, had a .387 batting average during his senior year and scored 28 runs with 21 RBI. Now an alumnus of Laurence Manning Academy, which held graduation May 15 at Weldon Auditorium, Eppley signed Wednesday to play with Anderson University in the upstate. Eppley had a 4-2 pitching record, with two saves, during his senior seasion, and was a 2014 and 2015 North-South All-Star player. He was also a 2015 North-South All-Star football player. He was also All-State in football and baseball for 2015. He was the starting shortstop and pitcher for the 2015 baseball season at LMA.
