The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Willine C. Kinlaw and the late Mr. Johnny N. Kinlaw, of Manning, SC and the late Mrs. Mary S. Ford, of Columbia, SC. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and a minor in Marketing from Winthrop University, Rock Hill, SC. Billie Jean is employed as an evening anchor at WIS-TV in Columbia, SC
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Roosevelt White of St. Louis, MO and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Perry, of Philadelphia, PA. Michael is the Owner and CEO of Red Wolf, LLC, Charlotte, NC
The wedding is planned for September 18, 2021 in Blythewood, South Carolina.
