Dancing with the Swampcats

Lawrence Manning Academy presents Dancing with the Swampcats! This Saturday,
February 10, 2024 at Weldon Auditorium guests can enjoy several live dance routines
performed by students at LMA. A pre-event Social will begin at 5:30 and the show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $25 at the door for the show only and $40 for the Social and show.

Performing duos are as follows:
 Katie Clark and Bryson Hodge:
Katie, a senior, is a member of the varsity cheerleading and track team. She is a member of the Carolina Dance Academy Inferno Company and LMA High School Dance Teams. She has 16 years of dance experience.
Bryson, a senior, is a member of the varsity football team and the state championship
baseball team. Bryson is excited and ready to show of his moves on the stage!
 
Lainey Baggette and Noah Tanner:
Lainey, a junior, has years of dance experience. She currently dances at Dance Wells.
Lainey is also a member of the varsity cheerleading squad.
Noah, a senior, is a member of the varsity football and basketball teams. He is ready to
take his moves from the field to the stage!


Caroline Weaver and Kameron Miller:  
Caroline Weaver, a junior, has been dancing for 13 years. She is currently a company
member at Miss Libby's Dance and Gymnastics. She is a member of the varsity
cheerleading squad and the LMA High School Dance Team.
Kameron Miller is a junior. Kameron is a member of the LMA shotgun and track team.
This is Kameron’s second year hitting the stage and he is ready!


Maddie Clark and Eli Gamble:
Maddie Clark, a junior, has been dancing at Carolina Dance Academy for 15 years. She is a member of the Inferno Company and LMA High School Dance Teams. She is also a
member of the varsity cheerleading squad.  
Eli, a freshman, is a member of the JV football and basketball teams. He is also a member of the varsity soccer team. Eli was born ready for his moment on stage!
 
Ashley Rae Hodge and Payton Brown:
Ashley Rae has been dancing for many years at Carolina Dance Academy. She is a
member of Carolina Dance Academy's Inferno Senior Team. She is also a member of the varsity basketball and softball teams.
Payton, a sophomore, is a member of the varsity football and baseball teams!  Payton is
THE dancer in his family and is ready to prove it Saturday night!

Kinsey Hatchell and Gavin Ard:
Kinsey, a junior, is a member of the varsity cheerleading squad. Kinsey is a dancer and
member of the company team at Miss Libby’s.
Gavin, a junior, is a member of the varsity football and baseball teams. Gavin has a title
to defend and he is ready!
 
Haley Cruse and Ian Harris:
Haley, a senior, has been dancing for 15 years and is a member of the Carolina Dance
Academy Inferno and LMA High School Dance Teams. She is also a member of the
varsity cheerleading squad.
Ian, a senior, is a member of the varsity football and baseball teams. He is ready for the
challenge of the big stage!
 
Mary Brooke Mooneyham and Cade Mooneyham:
Mary Brooke, a senior, has been dancing for many years. 
Cade, a freshman, is a member of the junior varsity football team, varsity basketball and baseball teams. This brother/sister duo is ready to show off the family moves and bring home that mirror ball.
 
Mary Catherine Buyck and Hunter Morris:
Mary Catherine, a junior, has been dancing for many years and currently dances at Dance Wells.
Hunter, a senior, has been a part of the Swampcat TV crew covering LMA athletic and
school events. Hunter is stepping out of his comfort zone, but he is confident his moves
will win over the judges.
 
Charleston Hodge and Pierson Gamble:
Charleston, eighth grade, is currently a member of the Carolina Dance Academy Inferno
Team and LMA Dance Team member. She is also a member of the junior varsity
cheerleading squad.
Pierson, a freshman, is a member of the junior varsity football team.  Pierson trusts he
and Charleston have just the right moves to impress the audience… and judges!
 
Hannah Williams and Chapell Brogdon:
Hannah, a senior, has many years of dance experience to bring to the stage.  She is also a member of the varsity cheerleading squad.
Chapell, a senior, is a member of the varsity football and baseball teams. Chapell is not
one to back down from a challenge. He knows that he and Hannah are ready!
