City to hold public hearing on condemned structures

Santee-Lynches Regional Council of Governments, on behalf of Manning City Council and the city of Manning, will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. today at the Brotherly Love Lodge No. 99 on Huggins Street for the Community Development Block Grant the city is trying to receive to demolish 14 condemned structures in the Fleming neighborhood, along with installing security cameras therein.
