The Clarendon Hall varsity boys' basketball team claimed the Region Title on Friday at home by defeating Patrick Henry Academy by a score of 89-75.
Zyan Gilmore led four Saints in double figures, with 44 points, 24 of those coming from three-pointers. Tyrese Mitchum ended the night with a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Dylan Way finished his senior night with 12 points and 5 rebounds. Kylic Horton added 11 points. The Saints finish the regular season with a 10-2 region record and an overall record of 13-4. The Saints will head into the region tournament next week as the No. 1 seed. The tournament will be held at Jefferson Davis Academy.
