Manning resident Bob Clay scored a hole-in-one Aug. 8 on Hole No. 8 at the Wyboo Golf Course in Manning.
Clay is now a member of the Santee Cooper Country Hole in One Award Program and will receive a parchment signed and sealed by Gov. Henry McMaster.
