SUMTER - Lenard Jerome Blakely, 54, died Monday, Aug. 14, 23017, at 7A Wright St. in Sumter.
Born March 26, 1963, in Japan, he was a son of David Lee Blakely and the late Carol Perkins Blakely.
The family will receive friends at the home of Delores McFadden Blakely in the Timber Meadow Subdivision, 870 Ferrier Court in Sumter.
Services will be announced by Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
