A 27-year-old Manning man is facing a charge of indecent exposure after allegedly flashing his genitals at a woman in the parking lot of a store in the 300 block of West Huggins Street about 6:20 p.m. Aug. 3. According to reports from the Manning Police Department, a woman sitting across the street from the store told officers that Michael Montrell White, 27, of 1286 Pinecrest Acres in Manning, was standing in the store's parking lot, pulled his pants down and flashed his penis at her. The woman told police that White "had on blue boxers." Police asked White to hold his shirt up, and reported seeing a pair of blue and green boxer briefs. According to officials with the Clarendon County Detention Center, bond for White was granted in the amount of $2,500 cash or surety. White faces up to three years in prison, if convicted.
