James Henry Hipp

James Henry “Jimmy” Hipp, 61, died Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Born Nov. 23, 1955, in Manning, he was a son of the late Wilbur Bryan Hipp and Edith Newman Hipp.
He is survived by three daughters, Meghan Clark (Josh) of Diamondhead, MS, Paige Green (Ryan) of Turbeville and Jaymi Leigh Hipp of Sumter; two brothers, Wilbur “Bryan” Hipp, Jr. (Paula) and Paul Newman Hipp, both of Manning; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 15, 2017, at the Manning Cemetery with the Rev. Katherine Haselden officiating.
Visitation will be held from 10 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the service at Stephens Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Jordan United Methodist Church, c/o Colleen Bochette, 2048 Bethlehem Road, Manning, SC 29102.
