Carter Blue Altman was crowned Precious Miss Puddin' Swamp Festival 2017 on Saturday at East Clarendon High School in Turbeville, also taking an award for Best Smile. Paislee Bevell was named 1st runner-up, and took an award for Best Hair. Addison Graham was named 2nd runner-up and took an award for Best Dressed. More winners will be posted throughout the week, along with galleries of contestants. We ask that parents remain patient while we get everyone up.
