A source has told The Manning Times that the Clarendon County Judicial Center at 102 S. Mill St. in Manning is currently closed until at least 2 p.m. due to a power outage. Offices in this building include Family Court, the Clarendon County Magistrate's Office and court and the S.C. Department of Juvenile Justice.
