Patricia Moye Hill

Patricia Moye Hill, 68, widow of Charles Lewis Hill, Sr., died Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at her residence.

Born October 8, 1947, in Manning, she was the daughter of the late Theodore Adolfas Moye and the late Christine Elizabeth Pate Pack. She was a manager for Dollar General and she was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Alcolu.

She is survived by two sons, Charles Lewis “Chuck” Hill, Jr. (Kim) of Manning and Joseph Robert “Joey” Hill of Summerville; a daughter, Suzanne Hill of Kingstree; two sisters, Pamela Hyde (James) of Manning and Peggy Cannito of Sumter; a brother, Daniel Robert “Danny” Pack, Jr. (Cindy) of Manning; seven grandchildren; a great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Daniel Robert “Buster” Pack, Sr; and her brother, James Richard “Ricky” Pack.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 3, 2016, in the chapel of Stephens Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenny Hill officiating. Burial will follow in Trinity Cemetery in Alcolu.

Pallbearers will be Chandler Hogan, Trevor Brown, Trey Hill, Nathan Brown, James Hyde, Jamie Hyde and Chris Smith.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2016, at Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the residence, 5440 Kingstree Highway, Manning.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210.
