Diane McFadden Mathis died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015.
She was a daughter of Thomas McFadden and Mable Williams McFadden Taylor.
Funeral services for Mrs. Mathis will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015, at Hayes F. & LaNelle J. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St. in Manning, with the Rev. Jerome McCray officiating.
Burial will follow in Cypress Fork AME Church Cemetery in Alcolu.
The family will receive friends at the home of her cousin, Bertie and Freddie White, 8088 June Burn Road in the Cypress Fork section of Alcolu.
Services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
