ALCOLU - Jonathan "Joe" Scott, 72, husband of Juanita Frazier Scott, died Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2015, at Clarendon Memorial Hospital in Manning.
Born Feb. 28, 1943, in Alcolu, he was an adopted son of the late Jessie Scott and Amy Blanding Scott, and was the biological son of the late James Cousar and Catherine Williams.
Celebratory services will be held 4 p.m. Saturday Aug. 8, 2015, at Trinity AME Church, 51 W. Rigby St. in Manning.
The family will receive friends at 6498 Alderman Camp Road in Alcolu.
Services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
