The Clarendon School District 1 Board of Trustees will hold a public meeting 6 p.m. June 1 to approve its operating budget for Fiscal Year 2015-16. The meeting will be held at the District Administrative Office, 12 S. Church St. in Summerton.
The district’s proposed budget is $6,603,081, about 1.84 percent higher for revenue and expenses than the 2014-15 budget, which was $6,727,406.
A millage increase to 127.8 is being proposed, up two from 2014-15.
