The Clarendon County Coroner's Office says that dental records are needed to identify the victim killed in an early Monday morning fiery wreck on Interstate 95. "We have sent for the dental records for whom we think the victim might be," said Coroner Hayes Samuels. The S.C. Highway Patrol reported the wreck about 12:30 a.m. at the 123 mile-marker on Interstate 95. Cpl. Sonny Collins said the driver of a Chevrolet Impala ran off the left side of the road while traveling southbound, hitting a tree. The vehicle then burst into flames. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. An official with the Coroner's Office said the individual is not believed to be local. Once the victim is identified, family will need to be notified before Samuels may release the name.
