MONCKS CORNER - Hortensia Montgomery, 55, died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2014, at her home, 119 Loblolly Drive in Moncks Corner.
Born Jan. 9, 1959, in Gable, "Teensie" was a daughter of Daniel Jackson Montgomery Jr. and Winnie Mae Quattlebaum Montgomery.
Funeral services for Hortensia Montgomery will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, at Union Hill Freewill Baptist Church in Turbeville. Burial will follow in the churchyard cemetery, with the Rev. Shelly Hickson, pastor, officiating, and Chaplin Fred Baldwin assisting.
The family received friends at the home.
