United Ministries of Clarendon County Executive Director Dennis Bassin is asking that every church within the county conduct a Winter Coat Drive, as the long-range forecast for 2014-15 calls for a colder-than-typical winter. Thrift stores in Clarendon County have very few winter coats at this time, Bassin said.
