Allen and Connie Barnes, center, had a ribbon cutting on Saturday with Clarendon County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Dawn Griffith, back row-left, and Chairman Ryan Way, far right, for Jack's Creek Marina outside of Summerton. The couple bought a lease on the property in April. They also held Gatorfest on Saturday, with games, boat rides and other entertainment. Manninglive.com will post a gallery Monday.
