The Clarendon County Fire Department is responding to a brush fire caused by a downed power line in the Sardina-Gable area on U.S. 301.
According to reports, there was a similar incident in the area about two days ago. Duke Energy has been notified of the downed line, which sparked a fire that is now burning on its own, but not threatening any nearby structures.
