Gloria Frierson's appeal of the Manning City Council District 5 runoff election will be held 9:30 a.m. Sept. 10 in the Breedin Garden Room.
Frierson appealed the results - where Julius Dukes won by one vote - through attorney David Weeks. Weeks said Tuesday that he will focus on two votes he believes were cast by ineligible voters.
