The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for east central Georgia and central South Carolina, calling for the possibility of heavy rain late this afternoon and tonight with localized flooding from thunderstorms.
Currently in Clarendon County temperatures are in the high 80s with 63 percent humidity.
Saturday and Sunday will see a 60 percent chance of rain.
