Dr. Steve Wearden of Clarendon Eye Center brought some science knowledge to a group of children this morning at Harvin Clarendon County Library.
Keeping your eyes healthy with a diet of dark, leafy green vegetables, getting regular check-ups and various aspects of how the eye works were among the topics covered.
Wearden also had children wear specialized glasses to mimic blindness as well as a pair that mimicked the pupils being open wide to allow in a lot of light.
