Clarendon County NAACP Chairman Robert McFadden, who is also the Republican candidate for House District 64, spoke to his party constituents on Friday night during the Clarendon County GOP's special meeting. He was one of nearly a dozen speakers at the meeting, which is the last before the June 10 primary. McFadden faces no opposition in the primary, so he is the presumable Republican nominee.
