Shoney's waitress Allisia Robinson had just walked to one of her tables on April 19 when she heard a commotion at a table nearby.
"I heard this woman just screaming, 'Help, help, someone help!'" Robinson said Monday. The woman's husband was choking. Robinson said she learned life-saving measures like the Heimlich Maneuver "many years ago."
"I just did what I had to do," Robinson said. "I think that someone would do the same for me. I didn't think it was a big deal. I was just glad to help."
