There is so much to be done in the holiday season and with December here, it is time to begin looking at the many special events being hosted in Clarendon County. Thursday, `Nov. 30, beginning at 5:30 p.m. ,the annual Parade of Lights will take place in downtown Manning across from the Clarendon County Courthouse, after being postponed due to inclement weather from its original date of Nov. 26.
